Founded originally as Gabriel Peter & Partners, and converted to GLC in 2003, GLC has represented individuals, local and multinational corporations, financial institutions, nationally and internationally. 

 

Briefly, the work ranges from Corporate and Financial Documentation, to Dispute Resolution, including international arbitration, in respect of transactions in Singapore, as well as internationally, in particular ASEAN Regions like Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. 

 

In terms of Dispute Resolution, GLC regularly represents clients in the Singapore Supreme Court, as well as in Arbitrations in Singapore and overseas.

Occasionally, GLC collaborates with King’s Counsel to achieve the best outcome for clients. GLC also has a strong presence in Indonesia and works very closely with particular corporate law firms; GLC’s work in Indonesia includes dispute resolution and arbitration, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
